Paid, but account says I'm on a trial

I am trying to import my watch list (that worked just fine yesterday!!!), but it won't let me. I had a snipe set, but accidentally deleted it. I have been a member for a long time, but I had the old system with 1.72 Credits. I went ahead and purchased a snipe plan to make sure I would have the funds needed to get the item, and even though PayPal took money out of my account, my account says I am on the Free Trial, and a little box on the left side of the page says:

PayPal even sent me an email that reads:

"Hello Patrick Roos,

You have successfully signed up for a subscription to Add 5 snipes using PayPal.
Your first subscription payment, for $12.00 USD, has already been sent to BidSlammer LLC.

Subscription Terms: $12.00 USD for each 5 months"

I can add it manually, but only with a 20second lead time. That is unacceptable for having paid for shorter lead times! I was going to set a maximum bid of $130 on it. If I am not able to snipe this item due to your system treating me like I am on a free trial, I will expect a full refund, and I will be unlikely to give you any money in the future.

I have already logged out of my account and logged back in, but it did not change anything. Oh, and this auction ends at 10:18 central time, when I am at work and unable to get to my computer. I hope you can get this fixed fast.

Hello Patrick,

I logged in as you and in the upper right corner it says your subscription is active. It could be PayPal took a few minutes to send the notification to us after the payment. But you should be good to go.

If that isn't correct let us know and we can take the next step.

No, it didn't update for quite a while. After 20 minutes of waiting for things to update, I was too tired to wait up any longer, so I went ahead and purchased the $8/mo unlimited subscription. Funny... it updated immediately after i did that... You can refund the $12 5-snipe purchase since it failed.

Hello Patrick,

I'll surely take care of it before EOB and make sure it is refunded.

Ah, I see. I understand now. The problem was that when you first come to the page, it defaults to no actual plan, and clicking PAY results in an unusual plan that made no sense (a "subscription" of 5 snipes).

Thank you for taking the time to write in to let us know.
