Ongoing long term problem. Snipes not being placed still!!!

I have been having problems for Many weeks now with snipes not being placed. I was getting messages from bidslammer saying too many incorrect logins but I have contacted you several times and we have confirmed that my password is correct. You have assured me each time that the problem has been resolved but when I place another snipe it still doesn't work. I have just had another 2 snipes not placed but there us no message from bidslammer explaining why. I am getting really annoyed now since I have missed out on many wins. Please, please ,please Sort this out!!

We released the new software version that we had been advertising for a month or so. It had a security update included. All you have to do is clear all the cookies for bidslammer.com. A "Logout" should do it also, but to be safe, go ahead and delete all cookies. If you still have any issues after that please let us know. Enjoy the new features.
