Why oh why my man did this bid on the item one hour early? It was supposed to be 10 seconds. This very well may have lost me the auction. What is this solution so this doesn't happen again? Thanks

Thank you for your question about this snipe. It appears the refresh got behind due to the number of refreshes in the queue, so it didn't update the time. We are making a change so this will not happen in the future. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
In this case it didn't matter, i.e., you did not lose because of this. Your bid wasn't high enough to win anyway. You didn't meet the minimum bid increment.
