Actually we did place the snipe on time, although I agree the display was showing the placement off one hour. We apologize for any confusion on that.

I checked the log to see what we encountered when we placed your snipe. eBay threw up a "captcha" dialog for both snipe attempts. What this generally means is that your eBay password needs to be stricter. If you have English words in it, then we need to change it.
