I have just been shown two winning bids for items not bid on and messages about the ebay account password being changed. I have now reset that account password but I get no information on my Bidslammer account.

It looks like something has been hacked but it is difficult to tell which end. With my ebay locked from bidslammer nothing further should happen. The amounts bid and the items bid on were completely nothing to do with me. I was after some graphics cards for an old PC but Motorhead 121739282175 at £95.57 and English Fan club 171903811742 for £44.58 are not graphics card for less than £20!

I have contacted the sellers directly and will contact Ebay but I wanted to offer you the chance to get back to me first!

Nothing was hacked. Nothing was ever hacked in our 15-year history, so please don't contact eBay or you are really going to confuse things, not to mention damage our perfect security record.

1. First, please explain what you mean by "I have been shown two winning bids" as I do not see any such wins logged into your account.

2. You referred to, "messages about the ebay account password being changed," when there is no such message? We would never change your eBay password for you. The message is probably asking you to update it because it's incorrect.
