This auction ends in a few hours, but Bidslammer reports it ends in 4 days. You fixed part of the problem, but this still exists.

Thank you for your question about the refresh. Try clicking the "Refresh Bid/Price info" button at the top of your "Completed Snipes" tab. That is a sure way to get the latest prices.

No amount of clicking on the Refresh Bid/Price Info button helped or generated the desired update when in List View. If I switched to Grid View, the Refresh button did work. Your reply was not helpful to me, but perhaps this additional information can help you understand the problem better.

Yes, the information is helpful. You spoke in past tense. Is this still a problem? We cannot reproduce.
We did recently eliminate using "cache" for fetching item information, as there is no reason for a sniping service to cache the item information. This would have corrected the issue that you experienced.
Presumably, this has corrected. If not, please let us know.
