I've been monitoring my snipe and have already been outbid when looking at the item on eBay, yet Bidslammer shows 0 bids. I've refreshed my browser and used the refresh button above my bid. Why's it not syncing on Bidslammer???

It sounds like you are doing everything needed to refresh. Just the button should be enough, you should not have to reload the browser page. I was able to update it ok. If this happens again please let us know and we can find the root cause.
