each time i add this item nmber the form rejects the number saying it is incorrect when quite clearly it isnt, Please explain, this could financially affect me

i cannot bid on anything wtf? every time i enter an item number it says it is incorrect, i am cancelling my subscription if this continues, it is costing me oney

Thank you for your question about not being able to load an item number. This usually means that you need to update your authorization. To renew your authorization, just visit the BidSlammer Preferences page and follow the prompt to "Refresh Your Authorization."
