If you log out and log in again, that should also fix it. If you see it again, please let me know if that also fixes it.
You did answer the second question indirectly. When you are logged out, there is a search box in the menu bar. I was curious if customers were using it. Your answer told me that you were not using it. That was helpful also.
I'll refund your last payment in full if you can tell me two things,
1. If you see the problem again. (If you go the whole day without seeing it, it means a software patch we just made fixed it.)
2. If you DO see it again, did logging out and logging in (on the same browser -- NOT switching browsers) fix it?
