Not able to log on using ebay. I get a message about permissions not able to add bidslammer

Not able to bid on eBay. I just upgraded my subscription. I don't know why it's not working.

Thank you for your question about not being able to log on. Please describe the error you are seeing. It's not clear from your inquiry whether or not you are seeing the error at eBay, or on our site.
Are you able to cut-and-paste the error into this thread? Please reply with that information and we'll gladly investigate.
