I bid on a dozen auctions and they all ended below than my bid, it looks like no bid was placed. What's up with that?

I see the issue.. Your items were all in a Bid Group. Once you won an item in the group, all other items shut off.

There is a little help icon (question mark icon) next to the Bid Groups pulldown. It explains more. This is the help page:

That sounds like a plausible explanation. Only I did not create a bid group. What I did was click the Slam-It toolbar (v1), enter a maximum bid and select 'add snipe' - the Group field says "no group" as usual. The sign spins and never stops, indicating some sort of problem.

The resulting snipes say "in group undefined" as opposed to not mentioning any group at all. That's new. Obviously, I don't want all snipes to be in the same group named "undefined"

Adding a snipe on the BidSlammer website seems to do the right thing.

Yep - that's it. After replied, I do remember seeing the 'undefined' in testing somewhere.

I refunded your month as a gesture. Things are not normally like this. We rewrote the entire software from the ground up to allow for growth. It was tested until blue in the face, but there is no such thing as 100% test coverage.

The "undefined" group name issue has also been addressed. However, the "add snipe" from Slam-it is still a bit flaky---looking at that now.
