Thank you for your question about a free upgrade. :-) I think the reason you saw the 3-second option (which is now a 1-second option) is because you paid to upgrade on the Unlimited plan. I can't think of anything we've changed that would have "cut you off," so to speak. The subscription expired about two years ago (2018).
In any case, however, it's hard to refuse such a friendly request. I upgraded you to another full year for free.
