Over the last 18 hours I had 12 snipes ready to go. You claim that all bids were placed, yet 11 of the 12 sold to other people for less than my max bid and none of my bids were actually placed at all again!
Please can you look into this matter.

I apologize for the late response, but you are correct, that is the reason. In the interest of just being honest, we wanted you to know that we were performing a refresh and your snipe in particular did not refresh yet by the time it sniped. We have since put a mechanism in place to perform the refresh much faster for this and other situations.
