No acknowlegement or solution for re-curring issue

How did I lose Item #388236136612 or
#177036794701 On 4/26 or 4/27?
But why do I even ask? You have yet to respond to or even acknowlege the last several tickets I've submitted on this matter.
Auction after auction lost-- despite having a bid significantly higher than the "Winning" one. Message after message is continuously ignored by you. Perhaps you'll decide to pay attention when you see my Trustpilot review of your service, (wnder [edited]) but by then, it'll be too late.

Hello Mark,

Thank you for your message. You did not miss any snipes. If you believe otherwise, please share the item numbers so we can investigate in detail. For the two you listed: item 388236136612 closed at $104.50 (your bid: $89), and item 177036794701 closed at $120 (your bid: $118).

We posted a detailed public message on your dashboard for nearly a month, largely motivated by your earlier message. We had to apply for a higher eBay quota, which took about a week, then retroactively updated bid and cost data as noted in the post.

The message was made visible on the dashboard, the support page, and in your ticket thread. Out of all our customers, you were the only one who inquired.

We also sent a direct email and didn’t receive a reply. We even looked for a phone number to follow up.

If you click the log icons, you’ll see all snipes were placed from three different geographic regions, each returning the same result.

We’d appreciate it if you would consider making the review accurate—no snipes were missed. Your title said “no acknowledgement or solution,” but we did post a public message with both, and the auction links confirm this.

Your review was submitted around midnight our time, and we didn’t see it until later. If there’s anything more we can do to make you happy, please let us know.
