Unfortunately, neither of the suggested solutions has worked for me. When I attempt to reset my password via the link you provided (
https://bidslammer.com/user/mailpass), I am still receiving an error stating that my email address is unknown in your system, even after registering again with the same email.
Furthermore, when I use the "Sign Up" link, it registers me as a new user, but again, my email address is not recognized in your system.
As mentioned, my primary concern is that I have already signed up for an annual subscription, and the payment was successfully processed via PayPal. Below are the payment details for your reference:
