Hello,
I had signed up with you for an annual subscription and paid the fees.
Since I have paid I have no longer access to bidslammer.com.
I get the following:
Error in login
Sorry, we could not verify your information. Please try again.
On top the bids that I have entered are not executed at all.
I am looking forward to a swift solution.

Thanks for asking about the login. Your account is established. So the first thing is, make sure that you are not using your eBay password, since we don't use that.
Use this link to reset your password with us.
https://bidslammer.com/user/mailpass
You can also use the "Sign Up" link on the home page, and after you authorize, it will take you to your Dashboard.
If either one of those solutions doesn't solve the problem, I'll watch for your reply and we can take the next step.

Unfortunately, neither of the suggested solutions has worked for me. When I attempt to reset my password via the link you provided (https://bidslammer.com/user/mailpass), I am still receiving an error stating that my email address is unknown in your system, even after registering again with the same email.
Furthermore, when I use the "Sign Up" link, it registers me as a new user, but again, my email address is not recognized in your system.
As mentioned, my primary concern is that I have already signed up for an annual subscription, and the payment was successfully processed via PayPal. Below are the payment details for your reference:

Would you mind trying another browser? Your account is in good standing, and this sounds like something having to do with security settings and setting cookies.
The "Sign Up" link doesn't use your email address. It authorizes via eBay and brings you to your dashboard. Are you quite certain this does not bring you to your dashboard?

What happens when you use the "Sign Up?" This should work independent of email.
Please do the following:
1. Cookies for bidslammer.com, and also your cache
2. Click the Sign Up button
3. Let me know exactly what you see when you try the Sign Up option on the home page.
If you could screenshot using https://paste.pics, that would be even more helpful!

Today I wanted to do the steps you advised and I can now see my area at https://bidslammer.com/
I also see my active subscription.
What I din't see is the settings that I already did and the 3 auctions I lost because the app didn't work properly.
Anyhow I'll see what happens next.
