On the trial 3 free Bidslam snipes I was under the impression that I would get the "5 second" snipe time even for the 3 trial snipe attempts. The page for my first snipe shows 30 seconds. Thirty seconds on that particular item will not be sufficient to win this auction.
Please advise,
Ron

BidSlammer Customer Care,
You did not answer the question I asked. Please read my initial question to BidSlammer and respond.

Hello Ron,
I did address your concern. If you try to add a snipe I'm sure you will find all the options there.
Take care,

Thanks.... I deleted the current bid and re-listed it at 5 seconds.... how do I check on a particular bid that I have the settings correct?
Guest
Hello Ron,
The only setting is the delay, although it is not shown. We should probably add a feature to show that. I will see if we can get that into the release for this week. Also make sure that you can submit your eBay credentials in Preferences and that you get a green OK dialog. ;-)

eBay credentials were in a few days ago.... I just checked and relisted just in case.
So.... I can count on you to enter my bid at 5 seconds or better.... correct??
Thanks,
Ron

Hello Ron,
Yes, we ALWAYS place the bids, although if you are new to sniping there is another checklist:
Since you are new, and articulate, we'd appreciate any feedback on how to make things better, should you encounter anything confusing.
Kind regards,

Feedback:
1. There is no way on ones home page "preferences" to validate the eBay password that is entered. The password should be entered twice to verify, or allow it to be viewed if necessary. It is very important that it is typed correctly for obvious reasons.
2. When you respond to questions, I find that you do not directly answer a question. You tend to leave it somewhat vague. It would be important (unless answers are vague on purpose) that questions are directly answered so that you would have much less email traffic and happier customers.
as example: question "I can count on you to enter my bid at 5 seconds or better.... correct??"
answer "Yes, we ALWAYS place the bids......."
So the question actually was not answered.
Just my thoughts since you did ask for feedback.

Hello Ron,
Thanks, we will see if we can add that feature.
I honestly couldn't think of a better answer.

A simple answer of "Yes." is all you would need if it is the correct answer...... hahaha :-) Remember the old adage "kiss" ..... if you don't know what that means, let me know.
Enjoy the day,
Ron

Hello Ron,
The answer isn't a flat yes, though. The answer is "it depends" - we can place the bid assuming all of the conditions are met.
We are working on your suggestion now, thanks again for that.
