We purchased a one year membership on December 10, 2022 for $134.72 Canadian dollars. CDN).
Hoping you will give us the special you now have for 24.99 per year unlimited which, of course means you'd give us a credit of CDN 134.72 minus 24.99 = $109..73 credit.
Since you deal in USD, that would be USD $100.16 minus USD 24.99 = credit of USD $75.17.
We encountered a similar situation with a reputable Anti-Virus company & they have us as a customer for life.
We understand that you have to make a profit to stay in business, however, volume sales can, in some cases compensate for this & in the long run,& gain more customer loyalty.
Like the other company, we would remain loyal to you for life regardless of competitors.

Thank you for your question about your subscription. Yes, we can give some credit. I can't easily go back and refactor a previous payment, but I can add extra time. So, your subscription now has an extra year appended.
