I am a new account, but have yet to select a Subscription Plan.
My question is as a new user is there a number of snipes, bids, or time that the service is free? And if so what is it?
Or do I have to select a Subscription Plan in order to set snipes?

Hello Chuck,
Thank you for your question about free service. You can have 5 snipes set at one time for free, but they are limited to 10-second lead times.
