I can not see my existing snipes. I can not see my existing groups. I can not add snipes. I can not delete snipes. I can not add new groups. I can not see my history of completed snipes or archive. I have recently renewed my sbscription for a year on 13 December ($48) and seem to have paid again on 14th December (another $48). 1. Please can you tell em how to get your site to work and 2. Please refund my extra doubled payment. Thanks

We found the extra subscription. We will refund it. Please ignore any messages about "account cancelled."
We released the new software version that we had been advertising for a month or so. It had a security update included. All you have to do is clear all the cookies for bidslammer.com. A "Logout" should do it also, but to be safe, go ahead and delete all cookies. If you still have any issues after that please let us know.

I got it working however, though the 'you succesfully added' message appears, the new listing iteself does not appear as it used to. It only appears after a delay and refreshing the page.
The group does not show in the listing.

There is no description of the items for which there are snipes, except the ebay item number. This is most disconcerting. Please add the item descriptions back.
The 'bids' column is blank in both grid and list view.
What are the green tick and red cross for? I guess they are update and delete, but there is no description on the page or when the cursor hovers over them.

Thanks. The description now shows, but not the group and all snipes say 'this listng has a reserve price' when they don't all do so. The number of bids still isn't showing in either view, nor is the picture in list view.

I just checked 'completed' and 'archive' listings. Bid numbers don't show in either list. 'Picture' and 'your snipe' don't show and the column titles are astray from the columns below them in in the completed list view.

Hmm. Sounds like one of your items has some HTML in it that breaks that page. We can log in as you to verify and adjust that. Hang tight.
