New customer, some questions

Greetings,
I signed up with BidSlammer yesterday, and have just used it for my first successful bid. I have some questions:
1. The service is billed as being free with a paid upgrade that buys, among other things, the ability to reduce the lead time to as little as 3 seconds:

I bought a Slam Pack 5, however I was not allowed to reduce the lead time to below 10 seconds. All the times below 10 seconds were grayed out in the dropdown, and unselectable. What else do I have to do to get access to the premium services?
2. I noticed that BidSlammer placed two identical bids for me at the exact same time. I see that the home page says "We place 2-3 snipes from 2-3 locations using redundant servers that work together" so I assume that's what's going on. Is there any option to reduce this to 1 snipe?
3. Assuming I activate the premium services, will BidSlammer then always place 3 snipes for each bid? Is it possible to selectively reduce that to 2 or even 1? I appreciate the redundancy and the efforts you make for reliability, but I'd prefer to submit multiple snipes only when an item is very rare.

Hello Colm,
Thank you for your message about enabling the lower snipe times. Shortly after you wrote to us yesterday, we credited your snipes and set the delay time on your existing snipes to three (3) seconds.
Regarding your question about duplicate bids: Thanks for a great question! We are going to add your question to our "expert user FAQ," with the answer as follows:
There really isn't a way to shut off the backup snipe. However, the issue of two bids showing generally doesn't happen. It happened on item eBay item #312637844145 because you were the only bidder, and you bid exactly the starting price.
If there are multiple bidders, then your (our) first snipe will be placed, and then the price of the item will jump up by one minimum bid increment. Then, your (our) second snipe will be ignored entirely, since it is lower than the new price.
