I have a subscription with BidSlammer for eBay UserID: secondhandsomebooks. I want to switch my plan to this account (jackdaws66). Can you help me do this? Thanks.

Thank you for your question about changing your subscription. We can move the subscription, but to do this, we have a question.
Our software is supposed to detect the eBay ID change, using a token string called an. "EIASToken." On your two accounts, that token is different. I've never seen this before.
Was this an eBay ID change, or a different eBay account? It appears to be the latter, because our software generally detects if it's the same person that is just changing the ID on the same account.
Let us know and then we can make the correct switch.
