Recently I had a snipe set for a 1984 Dan Marino football card and my bid through bidslammer did not go off? It’s pretty weird. My price was set much higher than the ending auction price. I lost the auction when actually I should have won. Can you please look into what went wrong and what I need to do to prevent this from happening again. My snipe was set at $383 and the item sold for $332. My bidslammer bid never went off in the last 3 seconds. Thank you.

We investigated what we encountered when we placed your snipe. It appears that your authorization for us to bid on your behalf is invalid. To remedy this, just visit your Preferences and click "Refresh your Authorization." You need to do this ASAP so that we can bid for you.

I went in and did the "Refresh your Authorization." I hope this fixes my problem. Does that password need to match my ebay PW or my bidslammer PW?

Is there a way I can test my account to make sure everything will work next time?
