Hello, I pay for your service because of the 3 second snipe time. I've been unable to use it for the past several days and I cannot figure out why. I pay to use the service, but the best snipe time it's letting me use is 10 seconds, which is garbage. If you guys could give me a hand in figuring out what's wrong here, I sure would appreciate it.
