According to the snipe, my bid was ''Bid Placed OK!'', which should mean I won the auction. However, according to ebay, the auction closed with only the original bidder's first bid of $10 dollars; (I had sniped for $12.99). I would like to know why my snipe was not entered, why you recorded it as a win, acknowledgement of the error with an explanation, and a refund of the snipe points used to pay for this ineffective snipe. //

We didn't record it correctly since your password was wrong or just needs to be more secure. Sorry for the extra steps, but you just need to change your password at eBay to use 3 kinds of characters, and then update it at our site. I also credited the item.
