I refer to my previous Ticket #58-451C, never resolved, which I would appreciate if you re-read, since I have waited PATIENTLY, albeit in vain, for the time I was informed.
I have let a full month go by, and not only did I not receive the committed reinstatement in my account, but also the 5 snipes that I had left and that I had paid and were still unused, were suddenly eliminated by you.
My account has still been held (HOLD), and therefore I can't buy more snipes either. I have been tied hand and foot, I don't know what else to do.
Today I have several lots to buy and I need new snipes.
Attentive to the situation, I think I have the background to ask you to be kind enough to:
1) Restore the 5 snipes that I had pending,
2) Remove the HOLD status so you can then buy back more stock from them.
If you cannot or do not want to carry out these actions, then I am very sorry to tell you that although your service is EXCELLENT, I must think that your administration is very bad, and then I will have to cancel the account to see if I can achieve the necessary reset.
Once this is done, I don't know if I'll open another account with you again, if it's going to work, so I think I'll have to look for another provider, which I sincerely regret very much, because it was difficult for me to learn to use your tool and I wish I could continue being your client .
I expect an immediate response.
