Hello...I am very unhappy with this site. I was very excited about one particular item on eBay so I used this site to ensure I would win the item. The item had one bidder the entire time the bid was open and only one bid. Starting price was $1800 and the bid was $1825. Your site waited until about 20 seconds left and bid my maximum bid. Why would you do that? First of all, I may have been able to win the item for less than $2,000 and your snipper should have bid about $1850, let the other bidder bid around $1875 and the snipper could have won for $1900, but instead you went for my maximum the first time AND you left more than 10 seconds for the other bidder to out-bid me at $2025. I want a refund not because I spent much money with you but you site engine needs major retuning and because of it, I lost an item I could have won with another snipper. Unbelievable....! I have been fuming for hours now!

Thank you for your question about this item. Just about everything you said in your ticket is incorrect:
1. Regardless of the circumstances, there is absolutely no way you would have won this item for anything less than $2025.
2. Any bids under $2000 would have been rejected as they weren't high enough to be accepted by eBay.
3. eBay's proxy bid system always bid the lowest amount possible, but as per above, your bids of less than $2000 wouldn't have even been accepted by eBay. For example, the person that won with $2025 probably bid much higher; eBay's proxy bid system gave them the lowest price, as they would have done for you IF you had bid high enough.
4. Look at the bid history link below. We did place your bid exactly 10 seconds before closing, as you specified:

5. Our system isn't even capable of firing a bid at 20 seconds, as that would not be consider a "snipe."
