My bid slammer has not worked in months. I have contacted you several times. Have I been banned? Should I give up. You told me to have ebay authorize and I did what you told me and my slammer does NOT recognize I am even logged in. Could you end all my problems by canceling me and I will start over as a new customer?

No, we don't ban people, at least we have not had to do that. As a starting point, let's delete all of your cookies and then log in again. I seem to recall this fixing the issue last time -- perhaps you are on a different computer? You should take that action on all computers you use us with.
Please let us know if that fixes it.
