My Bid never went through. The generic reason given is not factual.

I had two recent items I placed a bid on, well above the winning offer, for which I lost. Unfortunately this is happening more frequently than I can write in this memo.
Item Numbers: 314304619488 and 314304607560 are the most recent items I lost for no reason. The auctions ended at the normal time, yet my bids were never submitted. On other items that appear I lost with a higher bid, Bidslammer reason would just say Unknown error.
Lastly, this item 144797670583 I was extremely upset about. I never revoked Bidslammer's authorization to bid on my behalf. But somehow that was the reasoning, and I was forced to renew my authorization after the fact.
Earlier this week, the bidslammer site was down and unavailable for several hours without any explanation. Now I understand y'all had issues with your previous site carrier, forcing you to migrate over to a more reliable one. I congratulate you on that. But it would be helpful to know when the site is down, so if a bid is in limbo during that time period, other arrangements can be made. As for the other incidents, I would like a much better explanation over those generic responses I received.

Thank you for your question about this snipe. Around the time of this snipe, our forum was being attacked by a robot. There is never any way to predict something like that; we can only respond ASAP. The timing was unfortunate as it occurred right after the move.
I don't see any previous responses from us, btw.
Note, for 144797670583, all we can do is report the error that comes back from eBay. We did snipe that item on time, as shown by the times listed.

That's unfortunate. People don't have anything better to do than to attack services for their own amusement or agenda.
I have another listing that never went through - item 204211879315. There was no reason given, just my bid was high enough that I should have won it. Can you investigate what happened?

Twice now my bid never went though this week without reason!!! I do not know what's happening with your platform, but if someone needs to address this immediately!

There was an issue on your account preventing free snipes from loading correctly, but it has been corrected. It was a manual error I introduced when handling the last request.
