Thank you for your question about an item that you did not win. We advertise that we can't respond to every inquiry on the free plans, but we are happy to help. We looked to see what we encountered when we placed your bids. We placed the same snipes from two locations and each returned the same result.
Unfortunately, there are some circumstances we can't catch until we place the bid. Sellers can set fairly strict preferences in regard to which buyers from whom they will accept bids. Many of them are are considered private and not disclosed to us.

We can rule out many of those for your account, but we have no way to know which one was applicable because, per our user agreement, we don't pry into the histories of buyer accounts.
