Multiple Failed Bids

I've lost 3 auctions due to something to do with a token? I've set these bids up days in advance. I ensured that my ebay account was linked with bidslammer after the first fail. The service had been great for me until this.
Sat Nov 30 - 2 other "test" bids never went through???
315991352091 Sat Nov 30 - Token problem, again!
176660170173 Sat Nov 9 - Token problem (after fixing login, as per instructions) I've lost trust in this service and don't know what the fix is.

Hello Rich,
Thank you for your question about your snipes. To see this error, go to your Completed tab. There, you will find the bid placement times, and also a "log" icon that shows evidence of the full execution history.
Regardless of whether you authorized recently and/or our Preferences said it was valid, eBay for some reason revoked (expired) your authorization. This can happen for a few reasons:
1. If you change your password.
2. If eBay sees a security concern, they will invalidate the token.
3. If you revoke it at My eBay.
To resolve, you must visit your Preferences (at our site) and re-authorize, and you are all set.
eBay doesn't give us, or expose any information to us that is personal or security related. They take privacy very seriously and limits access to certain types of data to protect its users' privacy. The only error we get back is "This Token has been revoked by App."
I hope this has been explained to your satisfaction. Thank you for writing in, and please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi thank you for the quick reply. I have done the above “authorization” twice since the first failure. I had changed my eBay password before that so assumed that was the problem. I reauthorized again after that and tonight the second token failure occurred. I tried two test bids after that and nothing happened at all. I don’t know what else I can do.

Hmm.. eBay is definitely revoking it (the log errors tell all). So let's try the following. Go ahead an auth again. Next, check the auth status at My eBay using the steps below. If you authorize, and then immediately go to eBay and check status, and it says "revoked," then that is definitely a problem on the eBay side. Let me know either way, please.
1. Log in to your eBay account and navigate to My eBay.
2. Click on the Account tab.
3. Select Site Preferences.
4. Scroll down to the General Preferences section.
5. Locate Third Party Authorizations and click on the Show link.
6. A list of all third-party authorizations will appear.

Great, I've tried the above instructions but there isn't a "site preferences" area to select from. I also don't see "general preferences" either. I've used the website and mobile app to look for these preferences, as well as google.

Alright I was able to locate the specified location above. (Google found it, something is off with the above steps, but thank you for trying to providing assistance there.)
I see a checkbox with a check beside "BidSlammer (granted Nov-30-24)" and there was another service named "ebay community" which I didn't recognize, so I deleted it.
I tried out the system again on eBay item #135397074225 and it worked this time!! Thanks for the help.

Those steps came from ChatGPT.... it figures it wasn't quite right.:)
Now if it happens again you can go to that section and (hopefully) it will indicate why it was revoked. In that case you'd probably have to open a chat with eBay support. They would know why.
Good luck sniping!
