I'm new to using bidslammer and i created a second bidslammer account using ebay id: Frostclaim because i changed my old password and user name in my ebay account. I created the new bidslammer account because I couldn't figure out how to update the information in my first bidslammer account. there is no way in the preferences to update my login credentials, and it still shows my old user id al_373471 in the first account. the link in the email that i just got to set a password gave me an error and directed me to contact bidslammer support about having a second account.
What should I do now, and how do i update my login credentials/ebay userid in bidslammer after updating it on my ebay preferences?

The easiest way is just to run through the signup process again. It will send you another request to reset your password. You can also set it in Preferences, which is a link at the top right after you are logged in.
If that doesn't work, let us know and we can take the next step.

yea i don't see that in preferences, all i see are the below. If i change my ebay password again at some point, do i need to update anything on my bidslammer account?

If you change your password at eBay, it will revoke our authorization. In that case you go to Preferences and the "Authorization is Current" will change to a link where you can update it again.
But for now it looks like you are all set.

i actually did change my password on ebay before you deleted my al_373471 account but the authorization still said that it was current. thats why i created this new account, since there didn't seem to be a way to update the user id and password.
Barring that, if I can import my watch list that basically means that bidslammer can access my ebay account right? so im set for sniping
