I previously had purchased a plan where you'd only deduct from my usage if I had won. For some reason I do not see any more credits to my account, and I noticed those plans are no longer available.
Shouldn't I still have my credits even though the plan is no longer available?
Can you let me know what happens here?

Thank you for your question about the credits. They were not showing due to a glitch. We're going to switch back to the other method soon.
