My snipe didn't go in and I missed a cheap auction. I couldn't place snipes earlier as well. What is happening here? What is being done to resolve these issues?

Thanks for your question about the site response time. Around the time of this snipe, our forum was being attacked by a robot. It doesn't appear to be a malicious attack, just a clumsy one. There isn't much we can do in this situation except to respond ASAP and work with our ISP. It won't happen again because we relocated the forum.
