Hi, I'm writing because I'm wondering if you can tell what happened on this Snipe? The item sold to someone else at $53, whereas my snipe was for $64. I'm not seeing any errors shown on the Completed Snipes page, nor a Log available when I click the Log button.

Thank you for your question about this snipe. I checked the log, and noticed that the snipe was actually added precisely at the ending time of the auction:

1. Snipe was added at 19:29:23
2. Snipe ended at 19:29:23.
3. We tried to schedule snipe at 19:31:01.

Normally, the system won't let you add the snipe. There was supposed to be an error message. I'll check into this right away and hopefully can release a patch so that you don't encounter this again.
