Sorry to say but a snipe that I placed in the last 2 days was placed by Bid Slammer an hour AFTER the item finished, and it's probably due to a change in time between EST-Eastern Standard Time (Australia) and the new ESDT Eastern Standard Daylight Saving Time which changed at the beginning of October. I'm in WST Western Standard Time (australia) which doesn't have any daylight saving time, so we've gone from 2 hours behind to 3 hours behind EST. Perhaps you need to check and adjust the clocks in the time zones in Australia (there's a few of them!) Cheers Jim

In the interest of just being honest, we wanted you to know that we were performing a refresh and your snipe in particular did not refresh yet by the time it sniped. We have since put a mechanism in place to perform the refresh much faster for this and other situations.
