I placed a snipe for 53.85. You show in my history that the snipe was ok. BUT, the item sold for 20.00 on a bid that had already been placed much earlier. There is no record of a bid from me in the item's bid history.

The same thing happened on my previous snipe (previous item--see my snipe history). In fact, it looks like you charged me .50 for that, i'm not sure why--possibly because there was a reserve price?

What's going on? I have not changed anything on my Ebay account. Now I have two items that I lost because although you claim the snipes were placed they were not.

This is really not good. It's bad enough that you miss the snipes, but then you claim the snipes were made when they were not.

I logged in as you, and viewed your account. On your Completed Snipes tab, there are snipe fire times listed. This means that we did place the snipes as you requested.

I viewed our logs to see what we encountered when we placed the snipes. eBay is intermittently throwing up a captcha page. This means we need to improve your password, most likely because it contains an English word.

We cannot accurately determine a win every time unless we can log in, so we make a best guess. But you were not charged.
