The only thing I have changed on ebay is my credit card info. My password is the same. Would that make a difference? Susan

Yes. Better re-submit the credentials in Preferences to make sure it can verify it. If this doesn't fix it then we will probably need to change your eBay password. When is the last time you changed the eBay password (at the eBay site)?
