Missed bid - your system sucks

Your system did not place my PAID for bid so I missed the item. This demonstrates the total lack of quality control of your system.

Hello Randy,

This snipe was placed. I checked our log to see what we encountered when we placed this snipe. We did place it, and the times were recorded. We log everything.

eBay returned a Trust and Safety error due to seller requirements. You were trying to bid on a rifle. The seller has a requirement set that your eBay account has to be registered in the same country as theirs, EVEN IF YOUR COUNTRY IS IN THEIR SHIP-TO LIST.

We have a whole help page on this:

https://bidslammer.com/help/trust-and-safety-errors

Please note that WEAPONS is high on the list.

You would have encountered this exact same issue if you had bid on it manually.

I hope this has been explained to your satisfaction. Thank you for writing in, and please let me know if you have any other questions.

There are two other ways to get iron clad proof, besides the log record we provided.

1. You could place a bid on another scope from the SAME seller. It will give the same error.

2. You could contact eBay. They will verify our bid attempt, as well as the Trust and Safety error.

We've been doing this 25 years. There is a reason we made such a large help page. Our job is to place the bid and report what we encounter. We did this without fail.

After careful consideration about the sequence of events with the key being no bid and no indication from the Bidslammer software that it would not place a bid it indicates that I can not count on your software functioning please delete my account. Any bid that are left in the account can be deleted.

There is no way to know it will happen until the bid is placed. I just tried to bid on an item from that seller using our account, and it returned the same error. We can't bypass Buyer Requirements, and this is well documented in several parts of our site.
How about this:
1. Place another bid on a similar scope from the same seller.
2. If it doesn't return a Trust and Safety error, we'll pay for the scope.
3. It has to the be the same seller, and we need a snapshot of the bid being accepted this week.
Also, the proof of bid placement (including the exact second it was placed) is in the log file.
