On item number you are showing that I lost auction # 284132596803 when I actually won the item. You may want to look into why/how it got mis-recorded as you also did not deduct 1 from my remaining Snipe Win count. Over time this type of error will cost you significant money.

Thank you for your question about the status of an item. We updated the correct status, but did not charge a snipe.
Apparently the snipe executed but did not "finish." Please let us know if you see it again. We didn't see anything out of the ordinary, but eBay does occasionally misreport the win/lose status. In this case it isn't clear.
