I made the minimum purchase thinking that would allow me to chose a 5 second lead time as opposed to my current minimum allowed 10 sec lead time.
How to I lower my lead time to the recommended 5 seconds as a paid customer?

Yes, the upgrade should give you the 3-second snipe time. When we log in as you, we can see the selection. Can you try to log and and log back in again, to see if this makes the correct settings show?
