I have not used this service for a substantial amount of time. I had a balance that was here and now I do not see it. Can you explain what happened to it?

Thank you for your inquiry regarding service remaining in your account. The last snipe you executed with us earlier this week used a 3-second snipe time, so that means you still had paid service remaining. It is shown in the upper-right corner.
(We stopped using currency-based notation about five years ago and switched to a "snipes remaining" format. We converted the balance to snipes.)
