Hey guys. I have not used my account for a number of months now . I have bought many things with your excellent service though. Once before , I had this problem...... The last time I used my account I had about $48 credit in unused snipes. I logged in today to find that I now have only about $4 in credits. This is not right. I have not used that money and it should still be in my account .
Can you please fix this.

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Generally in this situation the user has more than one account, this used to happen a lot back before 2011. Then we changed our login process.
1. If you logged in with email, you should use the userid instead.
If that isn't it, then the next question is
2. whether you used a different email when you joined and paid.
