Lost Bids Not Appearing on Completed Page

This is the second time I have written about this. Does anyone review these notices and respond/act on them? The bids I do not win are not appearing on the Completed page. Only Won items are showing there. These has happened many times. (I reported another specific bid number earlier.) Here is the latest: Item number: 141676653959. There are older missed bids appearing on the archived list.

Each time I try, it says I have entered the wrong captcha code. I have tried several times. As on this page, the codes are 7 digits long, but it only lets you enter 4 digits. On the support page (here), it seems to work if you enter on the first 4 digits. This is not the case on the forum page.

Thank you for taking the time to write us. Yes, we are constantly alerted whenever someone writes in. I did not see any previous tickets from you, however. Do you happen to have the link or the ticket number?

The forum software just changed. I'll check on the issue with the forum. That explains why we have not seen any new messages in a while.

The completed snipes are now showing. We did have other reports on that. Some users wanted the misses to be removed, but it turns out that far more users did want to see them. So they show now, and we added a checkbox to allow some to be hidden if needed. ;-)
