lost bids

I have been using eSnipe for over 10 years with success.
Since deciding to try Bidslammer, I have properly attempted 3 snipes and lost each time to a bid that was lower than my snipe bid.
I have checked the HELP section carefully and can see no reason for this failure.
I do not see the reason for the lost snipe on my account.

We researched what we encountered when we placed your bids. It appears that your authorization needs to be refreshed. To remedy this, just go to your Preferences and click "Refresh your Authorization," and then follow the prompts.
