Hi. I had a high bid in for an item that went unsold. The bid log doesn’t show why I “lost” and my account is in perfect shape. I used you for a successful auction recently and I’ve bought from eBay today. I’ve been using you for years…What happened?

Thank you for your question about this snipe. When you added the bid, it ended at 2025-08-27 06:09:56. But then it appears that the seller changed the ending time to a day earlier, as it now reads 2025-08-26 07:33:54.

There isn't anything we can do about that, since we're not allowed to "poll" continuously.
