Tonight I lost 4 auctions because your system never initiated a bid for the auction. Bidslammer totally let me down. Bidslammer says I won even thought it never placed a bid for me? What’s going on? All my bids where much higher than the ending auction price. It’s very frustrating. Please look into this problem. Take a look at my Last 5 completes auctions and you’ll see.

Is there anything I can do to help you troubleshoot this problem? Concerning this ticket: On the same evening before the failed auctions, I had a few auctions that did work and I did win.

Our service provider decided to perform maintenance on our nodes within hours of one another, a situation we have never encountered and for which we didn't expect any issues, but a block of snipes was missed. We regret you were affected, but set things up so it won't happen again.
