Loosing items consistently

I used to think bidslammer was a great service, I have lost the last 4-5 items I have set up with bidslammer and now think the service sucks. Lost the first in the string because of a reserve item and that screwed up bidslammer for some reason and the last three have been lost due to need to update my information. I go in and update it thru the preferences page, it says success then the next auction is lost due to the same thing. Somebody needs to straighten this out or refund my money

Hello David,
I investigated your four (4) missed snipes in the last month and a half, to see what we encountered when we placed the snipe. The reason can be seen on the November snipe, in your Completed items folder: eBay accepted our submission, but returned a Captcha dialog. Usually, this means that your password is not quite strong enough to be used from computers you don't normally log in from.
eBay scores passwords. It is all about increasing your odds of getting a bid through. To totally bulletproof your account,
1. Please read the new password guidelines at "Step 3" at: http://bidslammer.com/help/bulletproof/
2. Update the new password in our Preferences at: https://bidslammer.com/user/prefs/
If you continue to experience issues after taking that step, please let us know right away.

Have lost 2 items in the last 24 hours. No bids are being placed, I get a message and a link to update preferences, It appears your system is not saving the information correctly. I do the update making the same changes time and time again. It always says update successful then I loose the next auction for the same reason it appears.

Hello David,

As per my last post, you can't use your current password for sniping. You must improve it. Please read the new password guidelines at "Step 3" at: http://bidslammer.com/help/bulletproof/

Please let me know if that solves your issue.
