I keep receiving a message saying that my details are incorrect and that I need to update .. HOW I can only enter the details that I have I.E. e - mail address and password and submit. I do this and just get the same message that say my details are incorrect.

Can I re register and start again ???

It sounds like you should test your password at eBay first, before trying to enter it at our site. That way you can ensure not only that the password works, but also that there are no security dialogs preventing you from bidding.

When entering BIDSLAMMER onto Google I am directed to your home page and my name appears top left , so I assume that i am logged on automatically. But I receive a password alert, but do not have the option to say that I have forgotten my password. SO HOW CAN I UPDATE MY DETAILS ???? I still have £11.48 balance on my a/c

When I open preferences I just have the same page without password warning, with the password section just showing the same sequence of dots underneath mye-mail address and the same dots as in the password and second confirmation, so how do i get into my a/c

Try these steps:

1. Make sure to log in here: https://bidslammer.com/user/login/

I apologize that I am not exactly sure what you are seeing after that, but here is the direct link:

Assuming you are logged in ok, then that page should be where you see the fields for the userid and password.

3. On that page, enter your info, click SUBMIT.

I have altered my password but when logging on I am still transferred to the page that says that there is a password alert, I am getting really confused as to what else I can do. I have tried what I think is my user address in details and or e-mail address and the next page comes up with all parts filed in with dots in user add and all three password sections , I have tried this without alterations , no go, so tried with what I think is my user add plus the new password, still receive password alert, are you able to unlock these pages from your end ????

I believe you are saying that, when you enter your information, then it gives a red ERROR dialog, and goes back to that same page?

Let's do this. Please visit eBay and log in. Let's ensure that you are using the correct password to login. Also make sure that you are not receiving any alert messages, or security questions.

Once you are certain that it is ok, enter it into our Preferences.

If that doesn't work, let me know and I will review the logs in detail. We'll get you going. ;-)

I believe I have done all this, but am I using the correct user address in addition to the new password, I must admit I am completely lost with this at the moment.. How do I log onto E-bay, First question, What user add, etc , and then when I access your preferences I get your page asking me to sign in, but show me as already logged on. all my details are filled in but password alert comes up straight away.

I have not used bidslammer for ages and obviously have forgotten how to use it What can I do now.

Sounds like you are on the right page, you just need to submit your information. Fill out the eBay username and password fields. The click SUBMIT. You should get a green OK message.

If you get a red error dialog, it means you aren't putting the correct information into the eBay password field.

I think we are just going round in circles with this query. I am overwriting the details that are already entered in the fields for Ebay username and password ( DOTS ) and still get the error message saying that my password is incorrect. I have changed it twice and still cannot gain access to make a bid. WHAT MORE CAN I DO ????

I am quite certain you are entering the wrong password, as the error message explains. Did you verify the password at eBay?

When I log onto e-bay it is automatic, and my name appears at the top left corner, the same thing happens when I log onto your page, incidentally, the user and password will now be the same on both a/cs, the only difference is that e-bay works as I made a successful bid last night . which makes me wonder if all this contact with bidslammer is all worth while. But I would like to beat it and gain access to my a/c with you again. I did get as far as finding my balance, but not to place a bid and have it accepted ????
