I've been a looooong time customer, but haven't logged in for ages. I reset my password, but still can't log in. Help. please

If you are having trouble logging in:
1. You will need access to the email account that you registered the account.
2. Alternatively, you can run through the signup process for your eBay ID and it lets you reset your pass this way also.
