"Load Snipe" is not loading item number.

"Load Snipe" in search results is not loading item number. Please advise. Do you still have a "code freeze" in effect? You had mentioned that some months ago or so.

Thank you for your question about not being able to load an item number. This usually means that you need to update your authorization. To renew your authorization, just visit the BidSlammer Preferences page and follow the prompt to "Refresh Your Authorization."

Well, I copied and pasted many item numbers and made snipes, and I won a good number of the auctions, so I think there is no problem with my authorization. All the other information loaded, including a proposed snipe price, just not the item number and so I couldn't easily place the snipe.
Why are your tickets getting answered so slowly these days?

Here's a quesion. You write things like:
"We appended to your existing ticket 48-3A96.
[...]
We e-mailed you a link to your ticket:
https://bidslammer.com/support/ticket/48-3A96"
When did you email the link? After the appending happened? By the way, I don't get any notifications when you follow up on a ticket. I looked in my spam (and in my trash), and nowhere do I see notifications regarding follow up.

I added this to the list after you wrote but forgot to follow up to close the ticket. I had a feeling we'll be talking a lot once I get started on the next wave of programming next month.

So I think the ticket correspondence stuff has just been solved or will be solved soon. It will be nice to have that working better.
